Vendor set up starts at 10am Monday through Saturday. Shop doors open around 9:30 am if you need more time. Set starts at 11 AM on Sundays and doors open at 10:30. Vendors need to be set up before operating hours. No late set ups.
Jewelry is limited to custom or handcrafted only. (No resale jewelers permitted)
Clothing is limited to custom or handcrafted only ( No resale boutiques permitted)
Food vendors are not permitted– only prepackaged and sealed edibles only. ( Examples allowed: honey, dips, vitamins, spices,pasta,pet food, pet treats, etc. Please ask if you are unsure if what you sell is permitted. No services permitted unless it’s a special event specializing in that service. All participants must have an assortment of items to showcase.
Spaces are inside. Vendors must bring their own table, chairs and table covers. Your payment reserves your spot and serves as your confirmation. No other email will be sent. Please read all terms and conditions before making payment.
*By participating you hereby consent to social media marketing including but not limited to any photographs and/or videos taken at the shops to be posted to our social media pages for advertising purposes.
Vendors MUST stay the entire time of operating hours. Failure to do so will forfeit participation in future dates and loss of any and all prepaid dates. Only one business per space. Spots are given on a first come first serve basis.
The shops are smoke-free. Smoking/Vaping is not permitted neither in or out front or on the side of the building. Vendors may smoke/vape in the parking lot or at other designated areas. NO exceptions. Please do not litter.
*Space is limited. Please secure your space asap. Once inside spaces are all filled for that date, the website will say sold out for that day.
All fees are non-refundable and not transferable to future dates for any reason. Please make sure you have the date available to attend before paying.
Electricity is limited. You need to arrive early if you need electric. Upon arrival, the shop manager will assist you to your spot. All participating vendors are responsible for what they are selling and their own businesses. You will be responsible for your spot. Please don't leave anything behind. If any vendor is participating more than one day in a row, the vendor may leave their display set up for the next day at their own risk. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. All displays must be neat, clean and look presentable. If participating in a special event as in a holiday event, vendors agree to have a few decorations on their table according to the themed event. ( Fall décor, Christmas décor or any other special themed special event.)
Any licenses, insurances required, or sales tax reporting required by state or city is the sole responsibility of the vendor. Please display your company refund policy if any, on your table or display ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants, by execution of this entry form hereby release and discharge any cause of action against Local Ladies Social Network, Inc., Miromar Development Corporation and any other entity connected with the management and/or presentation of The Local Showcase for any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, and/or claims whatsoever, that may be suffered by an entrant and/or participant or his/her property with respect to participation at The Local Showcase Shops.
By paying for a space to participate, you agree to the terms here within. You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a space in our shops. We look forward to having you! Thank you!
