Vendor & Craft Fair in Port Charlotte- The Event Center ( Holy Trinity Event Center) 24411 Rampart Blvd. Port Charlotte, FL 33980 Located off of I-75 EXIT 170
PLEASE READ: No plastic table covers & no used items for sale. Per the venue, NO COOLERS on premises, no outside food brought on property ( Example, no McDonald's or food from other places are to be brought on the property) Food & Beverage will be available for purchase through the venue and food trucks. Coffee will be available as well.Date: Saturday, March 26th, 10am-3pm
Spaces are 10x10 outdoors. Vendor set up starts at 8:00 AM. Event is from 10AM-3PM. Vendors need to be set up before 10AM. No late set ups. Spaces are inside. Vendors must bring their own table(s), chairs and cloth table covers. Floor length preferred. Any Color. No plastic covers.
Your payment reserves your spot and serves as your confirmation. No other email will be sent. Please read all terms and conditions before making payment.
*By participating you hereby consent to social media marketing including but not limited to any photographs and/or videos taken at the event to be posted to our social media pages for advertising purposes.
Vendors MUST stay the entire time of the event. Failure to do so will forfeit participation in future dates and loss of any and all prepaid dates. Only one business per space. Spots are given on a first come first serve basis.

Severe weather would result in canceling outside vendors. All fees are not refundable for any reason.
No Electricity outside. We do not assign spaces. Staff will assist you with where to set up when you arrive. All participating vendors are responsible for what they are selling and their own businesses. All displays must be neat, clean and look presentable.
Any licenses, insurances required, or sales tax reporting required by state or city is the sole responsibility of the vendor. Please display your company refund policy if any, on your table or display ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a space.
Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants, by execution of this entry form hereby release and discharge any cause of action against Local Ladies Social Network, Inc., Holy Trinity Event Center of Port Charlotte and any other entity connected with the management and/or presentation of the event for any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, and/or claims whatsoever, that may be suffered by an entrant and/or participant or his/her property with respect to participation in the event.

We have many events including fairs, festivals, markets, and social events throughout the year to help boost the local economy. Most events are free public admission and are family friendly.
