Event: Sip & Shop Arts & Crafts Fair at Cape Cabaret Dinner Theater in Cape Coral. Space is very limited.
Saturday, March 2nd 2024 from 9AM-2PM Set up starts at 8:00AM. 1 hour set up.
Space SIZE: (INSIDE the ballroom) An 8ft table & 2 chairs are included. Space sizes are approx. 8ft x 5ft give or take. Vendors may bring a rack for extra room. There are also some extra 2ft tables there to add if you need more space. Any tables moved must be put back in their original spot after the event. You are purchasing a spot for March 2nd 9AM-2PM. We are accepting, Art, Crafts & Vendors that have items for purchase at their tables. Please No Services for this event, VENDORS NEED TO HAVE CASH AND CARRY ITEMS ON THEIR TABLES FOR CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE. No outside food allowed! ( Including vendors, no McDonald's, no Dunkin Donuts, etc.) Cape Cabaret is a restaurant. Lunch and drinks are available for purchase. Please do not hang anything on the walls or place anything against the walls) All banners can be placed on the tables. Vendors can bring their own cloth table covers or use the black ones we have there. No plastic table covers please. All vendors need to break down and be done breaking down by 3pm so the venue can be set up for their dinner theater. There is an entrance in the side of the building that leads to the parking lot for unloading and loading into the ballroom. Parking is in the plaza parking lot right next to the building. After unloading all vendors need to move to the far end of the lot to leave parking close by for customers.
Inside Fee $75. Please print event details for your records. * No email will be sent. Your payment reserves your spot and serves as your confirmation. Please read all terms and conditions before paying. Participants MUST stay the entire event. Failure to do so may forfeit participation in future events. Only one business per spot. Spots are given on a first come first serve basis. We do not allow other coordinators to solicit vendors at our events. All vendors are to refuse any flyers being passed out to them and please let the event manager know immediately. It has caused too much confusion in the past.
*Vendors are to sell at their own table. Please do not approach customers that are at another vendor's booth. Wait until they visit yours.*
All spot fees are non-refundable and not transferrable to future events.

“Company Policy: All of our events are rain or shine. Severe weather would result in canceling or postponing. ( Hurricane, Tropical Storm etc.) All fees are non-refundable & not transferrable to future events. For Inside events, please note that inside spots are limited. Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants, by execution of this entry form hereby release and discharge any cause of action against Local Ladies Social Network, Inc. and any other entity connected with the management and/or presentation of the event for any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, and/or claims whatsoever, that may be suffered by an entrant and/or participant or his/her property with respect to participation in the event. By paying to participate you agree to the terms here within. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a space. **
