YOU ARE PURCHASING AN OUTDOOR SPACE SUNDAY ONLY. November 23rd from 10am-3pm. Some spaces are on concrete and some are on the grass. THE GREAT LAWN IS LOCATED IN THE BACK OF THE EVENT CENTER ON THE WATERFRONT. We don't assign spaces, we set up as everyone checks in. Must bring tent weights. All of our events are rain or shine. Severe weather would result in canceling OUTSIDE. Fees are not refunded, not credited and not transferred to a future date for any reason including severe weather cancellations. (Lightning, hurricane, high winds, etc. ) Events are NOT rescheduled.

AFTER YOU PURCHASE YOUR SPACE, PLEASE PRINT A COPY OF YOUR ORDER TO BRING WITH YOU OR A SCREENSHOT TO SHOW AT CHECK IN, THE MORNING OF THE EVENT. If you are unable to print, please have the person's name who purchased this space. We will have a list of confirmed vendors at check in. ALL VENDORS WILL NEED TO CHECK IN with LLSN Staff BEFORE SETTING UP AT THIS EVENT. We will have a staff member outside in the back for you to check in with. Set up starts at 8AM Everyone needs to be set up and ready by 9:45am. NO LATE SET UPS. Baked good vendors are allowed but no food serving vendors at this event as we will have concessions inside available for purchase.

Date: SUNDAY, November 23rd 10am-3pm Vending Fee $90. for OUTDOOR GREAT LAWN Space. Fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable to future events or to other vendors. Spaces are a 10ft x10ft area. You will need a tent, tables and chairs. No plastic table covers allowed.

Vendor set up starts at 8:00 AM. Event is from 10AM-3PM.

Your payment reserves your spot and serves as your confirmation. No other email will be sent with details so please read them here..

Please read all terms and conditions before making payment. *By participating you hereby consent to social media marketing including but not limited to any photographs and/or videos taken at the event to be posted to our social media pages for advertising purposes. We do not allow other coordinators to solicit vendors at our events. All vendors are to refuse any flyers being passed out to them and please let the event manager know immediately. It has caused too much confusion in the past. We are asking all participating vendors to NOT create separate events for our events. We understand you want to share with your followers however these events are a breeding ground for scammers. I monitor our events closely and every morning it has become routine to go through events and notifications to block scammers to protect people. These duplicate events are not monitored and full of scammer posts and comments. So moving forward, please share our event instead of creating a duplicate event.

Vendors MUST stay the entire time of the event. Failure to do so will forfeit participation in future dates and loss of any and all prepaid dates. Only one business per space. Spots are given on a first come first serve basis. Our events are non exclusive. Customers like to shop a variety, therefore, we are an open market and do not give exclusive spots for events to any one type of vendor.

*Space is limited. All fees are non-refundable and not transferable to future dates for any reason. Please make sure you have the date available to attend before paying. All participating vendors are responsible for what they are selling and their own businesses. All displays must be neat, clean and look presentable.

Any licenses, insurances required, or sales tax reporting required by state or city is the sole responsibility of the vendor. Please display your company refund policy if any, on your table or display ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a space.

Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants, by execution of this entry form hereby release and discharge any cause of action against Local Ladies Social Network, Inc., and any other entity connected with the management and/or presentation of the event for any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, and/or claims whatsoever, that may be suffered by an entrant and/or participant or his/her property with respect to participation in the event.

We do not allow any items for sale to be on display that contain full words of profanity or any political items to be displayed. Our family friendly events are an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
