This payment option is for 4 consecutive weeks in january . The vending fee is $25 a week. This payment method is for vendors that are already approved to participate. NO RAIN DATE This is for a 10 x 10 area. Fees are nonrefundable and not transferable to future dates. This is a rain or shine event! Be prepared for the weather. Severe weather would result in canceling. We will not cancel for a chance of rain. Fees are not refunded or credited if cancelled due to severe weather. Your payment reserves your spot and serves as your confirmation. No other email will be sent. Please read all terms and conditions before paying. Our customers want variety, therefore, we are an open market and do not give exclusive spots to any one type of vendor. Vendors are responsible for making their monthly payments online through our website. Payments must be received prior to the day you’re attending. No one will be permitted to set up at the market until their monthly payment is received. If you are unable to attend, you will forfeit your payment. No refunds or credits are given.
*All events are public events and are advertised and marketed as so. By participating you hereby consent to social media marketing including but not limited to any photographs and/or videos taken at the event to be posted to our social media pages. All events are non-refundable. If any event is canceled by a third party involved, all confirmed vendors for that event will receive an event credit, equal to the vending fee, from us to use for a future event.
Participates MUST stay the entire market. Breaking down earlier than 1pm is prohibited and may result in forfeiting participation in future markets & events and loss of all prepaid vending fees. Only one business per spot. Spots are given on a first come first serve basis.
Each exhibitor will be responsible for these requirements:
Must bring your own table, table cover & chairs. All tent areas & displays must be neat, clean and look presentable.
All fees are non-refundable. Please make sure you have the date available to attend before paying. Space is limited. We cannot transfer the vending fee for a future date.
Set up starts around 7am. Only quiet generators allowed.
Upon arrival, we will assist you to your spot. All attendees will unload their items and then park at the vendor parking lot. Canopies/tents are permitted. Maximum 10x10ft. NO TENTS BIGGER THAN 10X10 ARE PERMITTED. All tents must be weighted down. No stakes. We are set up on pavers. You will be responsible for your spot. Please don't leave anything behind after the market and remember to keep it litter and debris free.
*All participating vendors are responsible for what they are selling & their own businesses. Any licenses, insurances required, or sales tax reporting required by state or city is the sole responsibility of the vendor.
Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants, by execution of this entry form hereby release and discharge any cause of action against Local Ladies Social Network, Inc., and any other entity connected with the management and/or presentation of the event for any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, and/or claims whatsoever, that may be suffered by an entrant and/or participant or his/her property with respect to participation in the event.
