This is not a juried show. This vending space is located at the front entrance on the concourse where everyone has to enter the event center before they enter the main hall. You are the first vendors they see.
AFTER YOU PURCHASE YOUR SPACE, PLEASE PRINT A COPY OF YOUR ORDER TO BRING WITH YOU OR A SCREEN SHOT TO SHOW AT CHECK IN, THE MORNING OF THE EVENT. If you are unable to print, please have the person's name who purchased this space. We will have a list of confirmed vendors at check in. ALL VENDORS WILL NEED TO CHECK IN with LLSN Staff BEFORE SETTING UP AT THIS EVENT. Set up starts at 8AM Everyone needs to be set up and ready by 9:45am. NO LATE SET UPS. Baked good vendors are allowed but no food serving vendors at this event as we will have concessions inside available for purchase.

Date: Sunday, SEPTMEBER 15TH 10am-3pm Vending Fee $200.00 for Front Entrance Concourse Space. This is a one day event. Only a few front entrance spaces available. Fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable to future events or to other vendors. Spaces are 10ft x10ft and include (1) 8 FT table and 2 chairs. Vendors may bring additional tables (6ft tables preferred and any racks) Everything must fit in your 10x10 area. Vendor will be set up next to each other in rows so everything must fit in your 10x10 area. No banners or items are to be hung on any walls in the room. No tents or tent frames can be used inside. Any candles for sale can’t be lit during the event per the fire department.
Vendor set up starts at 8:00 AM. Event is from 10AM-3PM. Spaces are inside. Vendors must bring their own table cloths. Floor length table covers only please. Any Color. No plastic covers allowed.
Your payment reserves your spot and serves as your confirmation. No other email will be sent. This is an indoor only event.
Please read all terms and conditions before making payment. *By participating you hereby consent to social media marketing including but not limited to any photographs and/or videos taken at the event to be posted to our social media pages for advertising purposes. We do not allow other coordinators to solicit vendors at our events. All vendors are to refuse any flyers being passed out to them and please let the event manager know immediately. It has caused too much confusion in the past.
Vendors MUST stay the entire time of the event. Failure to do so will forfeit participation in future dates and loss of any and all prepaid dates. Only one business per space. Spots are given on a first come first serve basis. Our events are non exclusive. Customers like to shop a variety, therefore, we are an open market and do not give exclusive spots for events to any one type of vendor.

Electricity is limited. You need to arrive early if you need electric. We cannot guarantee electricity to anyone. All participating vendors are responsible for what they are selling and their own businesses. All displays must be neat, clean and look presentable.
Any licenses, insurances required, or sales tax reporting required by state or city is the sole responsibility of the vendor. Please display your company refund policy if any, on your table or display ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a space.
Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants, by execution of this entry form hereby release and discharge any cause of action against Local Ladies Social Network, Inc., and any other entity connected with the management and/or presentation of the event for any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, and/or claims whatsoever, that may be suffered by an entrant and/or participant or his/her property with respect to participation in the event.
