Product Details

Please bring a copy of your receipt with you to the event or show a screenshot of it at check in. All questions should be directed to LLSN@comcast.net The venues will not take special requests from vendors. Please contact Christy Dunn with any/all questions regarding an event. Please do not sit in the road when you arrive, pull into the premises. We can not block the road.

Ask for Joyce when you arrive, she will assist you with where to set up. Vendors will be set up in the grassy area along the front fence near the stage. If you are purchasing 2 days, you will need to break down and set up your products again as there isn't overnight security for vending booths for this event. vendor market is from 12PM to 5PM.

Set up starts at 11AM NO FOOD SERVING VENDORS AND NO SERVICES. VENDORS MUST HAVE A PRODUCT TO SELL.

NO RAIN DATE: Vendor fee $50. 10 x 10 spot Fees are nonrefundable. This is a rain or shine event. Severe weather would result in canceling the event. Fees are not refunded or credited if cancelled due to severe weather. (Lightning, hurricane, high winds, etc. ) Fees are not refunded or credited. We can’t control the weather. Please print the event details for your own records. No email will be sent with details. Your payment reserves your spot and serves as your confirmation. All fees are non-refundable and not transferable to future dates for any reason. Please make sure you have the date available to attend before paying. Spaces are not transferable to another vendor and vendors cannot sell their space to another vendor. Credits are not given to another event, so please make sure you have the date available before purchasing this event.
