Please bring a copy of your receipt with you to the event or show a screenshot of it at check in. Join us on Saturday, March 8th from 10AM-3PM at Gulf Coast Town Center 9903 Gulf Coast Main St. Fort Myers (near the courtyard) We'll have local artists, crafters, artisans & more! No commercial service vendors permitted. Only custom clothing allowed, no boutiques. Arts & Crafts only and custom items. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT. (Festival held near the Courtyard near Game Time)
Vendor fee: $85. Space is limited. NO RAIN DATE. This is for a 10 x 10 area. Fees are nonrefundable and not transferable to future dates for any reason. This is a rain or shine event! Be prepared for the weather. Severe weather would result in canceling. We will not cancel for a chance of rain. Fees are not refunded or credited if it’s canceled due to severe weather.(Lightning, hurricane, high winds, etc. ) Fees are not refunded or credited. We can’t control the weather. *All events are public events and are advertised and marketed as so. By participating you hereby consent to social media marketing including but not limited to any photographs and/or videos taken at the event to be posted to our social media pages. All events are non-refundable. If any event is canceled by a third party involved, all confirmed vendors for that event will receive an event credit, equal to the vending fee, from us to use for a future event. We do not allow other coordinators to solicit vendors at our events. All vendors are to refuse any flyers being passed out to them and please let the event manager know immediately. It has caused too much confusion in the past.
Participants MUST stay the entire event. Breaking down earlier than 3pm is prohibited and may result in forfeiting participation in events and loss of all prepaid vending fees unless it is raining. Only one business per spot. Spots are given on a first come first serve basis. Our events are non exclusive. Customers like to shop a variety, therefore, we are an open market and do not give exclusive spots for events to any one type of vendor. Only one direct sales rep is allowed per event because of their company’s policies.
Each exhibitor will be responsible for these requirements:
Must bring your own table, table cover & chairs. All tent areas & displays must be neat, clean and look presentable.
All fees are non-refundable. Please make sure you have the date available to attend before paying. Spaces are not transferable to another vendor. Space is limited. We cannot transfer the vending fee for a future date.
Set up starts around 8am No generators allowed.
Upon arrival, we will assist you to your spot. Event Staff will assist you with direction. All attendees will unload their items and then park at the vendor parking lot. We do not assigns spaces. Canopies/tents are permitted. Maximum 10x10ft. NO TENTS BIGGER THAN 10X10 ARE PERMITTED. All tents must be weighted down. No stakes. We are set up on pavers. You will be responsible for your spot. Please don't leave anything behind after the event and remember to keep it litter and debris free.

By paying to participate you agree to the terms here within. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a space.
