Direct sales companies are not permitted. No plastic table covers, no used items for sale & NO services. PLEASE EMAIL LLSN@comcast.net for approval before purchasing this event. This is not a juried show, however we are looking for Artists, Crafters & Artisans to showcase their creative creations. No food trucks permitted.
Date: Saturday, March 23rd 10am-3pm ( Festival will be located down Cinema Way road. Coconut Point Mall is located at 23106 Fashion Dr. Estero FL)
This is for an OUTDOOR space 10ft x10ft area. Fee is $100. Vendor set up starts at 8:00 AM. The event is from 10AM-3PM. Vendors need to be set up before 9:45AM. No late set ups. All vendors will need to unload and move vehicles immediately before setting up your space so we have room for the other vendors to set up in their spaces. Vendors must bring their own tent, table(s) & chairs and cloth table covers. Floor length preferred. Any Color. No plastic covers. Tents must be weighted down, no stakes as we are on concrete . All vendors will be able to unload at their spaces and then park in the vendor parking lot. Our staff will assist you when you arrive. We do not assign spaces a head of time.
NO RAIN DATE Vendor fee $100. 10 x 10 spot Fees are nonrefundable. This is a rain or shine event. Severe weather would result in canceling the event. Fees are not refunded or credited if cancelled due to severe weather. All events are rain or shine. Severe weather would result in canceling. (Lightning, hurricane, etc. ) Fees are not refunded or credited if cancelled. We can’t control the weather. Please print the event details for your own records. *By participating you hereby consent to social media marketing including but not limited to any photographs and/or videos taken at the event to be posted to our social media pages for advertising purposes.
Vendors MUST stay the entire time of the event. Failure to do so will forfeit participation in future dates and loss of any and all prepaid dates. Only one business per space. Spots are given on a first come first serve basis. We do not allow other coordinators to solicit vendors at our events. All vendors are to refuse any flyers being passed out to them and please let the event manager know immediately. It has caused too much confusion in the past.
*Space is limited. All fees are non-refundable and not transferable to future dates for any reason. Please make sure you have the date available to attend before paying. Spaces are not transferable to another vendor or to another event.
No Electricity outside. All participating vendors are responsible for what they are selling and their own businesses. All displays must be neat, clean and look presentable.
Any licenses, insurances required, or sales tax reporting required by state or city is the sole responsibility of the vendor. Please display your company refund policy if any, on your table or display ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a space.
Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants, by execution of this entry form hereby release and discharge any cause of action against Local Ladies Social Network, Inc., Coconut Point and any other entity connected with the management and/or presentation of the event for any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, and/or claims whatsoever, that may be suffered by an entrant and/or participant or his/her property with respect to participation in the event.
